Job summary

EY is seeking a Junior Technology Consultant to help expand SAP SuccessFactors practice in Belgium. You will gather requirements, design processes, configure SAP SuccessFactors, run tests, and support workshops with clients.

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT.
Willingness to be involved in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Fluency in English and either Dutch or French, with good understanding of the other language.
Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time.
Strong interest in AI trends and applying them professionally.

Responsibilities

Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation.
Support solution and process design within the deployed technology.
Conduct SAP SuccessFactors system configuration.
Prepare and execute test scenarios.
Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope.
Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients.
Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures.
