Job description

Experienced SAP Consultant – End-to-End Transformations

At delaware, SAP is not just about systems. It's about making businesses work smarter.

You'll work on transformation projects where business and IT truly meet, from the first workshop to go-live and beyond.

We're growing our SAP team and looking for consultants across different domains, including:

• Supply Chain
• Logistics
• Finance
• Planning
• Warehousing

Not to fit you into a box, but to help you build on your expertise and continue growing.

You might recognize yourself if..

• You enjoy translating business needs into SAP solutions.
• You like working closely with clients, not just configuring systems behind the scenes.
• You prefer end-to-end projects over working on a small, isolated piece.
• You want to understand the why behind business processes, not just the system.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What will you be doing?

As an SAP Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation projects by:

• Analyzing and rethinking clients' core business processes together with them.
• Translating business discussions into practical SAP solutions through design and customizing.
• Contributing to end-to-end implementations, from blueprint to go-live.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and continuously improving solutions after deployment.
• Facilitating workshops and guiding key users through change.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different domains to deliver integrated solutions.

In short: you'll combine business insight, SAP expertise, and consulting skills to make a real impact.

Is there a match?

We're looking for someone who:

• Is based in Belgium.
• Has 7+ years of SAP experience in at least one domain (e.g. Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Planning, Sales, etc.).
• Has worked on SAP implementations and/or support projects.
• Understands business processes, not just SAP configuration.
• Enjoys working directly with clients.
• Speaks fluent English and either Dutch or French.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Public Cloud solutions.
• Exposure to multiple SAP modules or integrations.
