Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager you manage multiple SAP client contracts and ensure successful project delivery. You consistently look for ways to improve the client experience, build close relationships, and proactively identify new opportunities that drive growth through innovative initiatives and continuous improvements. You ensure capacity and availability of the teams, anticipate challenges, keep activities organized and aligned with timelines, and deliver projects according to scope and expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a background in SAP
• Experience managing client relationships in a professional services context
• Solid knowledge of service management frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Languages: Dutch and/or French, English
