Sopra Steria Group is looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Belgium. In this role, you will manage multiple SAP client contracts, ensuring successful project delivery and enhancing client experiences. Your leadership and expertise will foster strong relationships with clients while your focus on continuous improvements will drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong SAP background, and be proficient in Dutch and/or French, and English. Join us and contribute to innovative solutions within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a background in SAP.
• Experience managing client relationships in a professional services context.
• Solid knowledge of service management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or French, and English.

Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for managing multiple SAP client contracts and ensuring successful project delivery. Meeting delivery criteria comes naturally to you, and you consistently look for ways to improve the client experience. You enjoy building close relationships with clients and proactively identifying new opportunities that help them grow through innovative initiatives and continuous improvements. As a transversal team leader, you ensure the capacity and availability of the teams.

Your strong people management, presales, leadership, and communication skills enable you to anticipate challenges before they arise. You ensure that all activities are well organized, aligned with agreed timelines, and delivered according to scope and expectations.
