The opportunity

At CNT Management Consulting, you'll lead SAP projects and transformations for leading organisations, working closely with customers and experienced consultants to deliver solutions that make a real difference.

You'll take ownership from planning through to delivery, ensuring that projects stay on track, teams work effectively together and customers achieve their objectives.

Your role. Your impact.

As an SAP Project Manager, you'll bring structure, clarity and direction to your projects. You'll coordinate teams, manage customer expectations and ensure successful delivery within the agreed scope, timeline and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead SAP projects and programmes: Manage national and international SAP projects from planning through to successful delivery, including SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Drive project performance: Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks to ensure projects meet their objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships: Understand business needs, manage expectations and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bring teams together: Coordinate consultants, customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration and shared accountability.
• Safeguard quality and profitability: Monitor project progress, manage costs and ensure high‑quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to business development: Support presales activities, contribute to proposals and help identify opportunities to create additional value for clients.
• Develop people and expertise: Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge within CNT's competence teams, while continuing to develop your own project management skills.

What you bring

You combine solid project management experience with a good understanding of SAP environments, strong organisational skills and a natural ability to work with customers and teams.

Ideally, you bring:

• Several years of experience managing SAP projects, including experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• A solid understanding of SAP system landscapes and business process integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2.
• An interest in agile approaches, such as Scrum, and the ability to adapt your project management style to the needs of the project.
• A customer‑focused, independent and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and an open, constructive approach to teamwork.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and guide project teams towards shared goals.
• Fluency in Dutch and English. French is a strong plus.
• Flexibility to travel when required.
