Recruitment Solutions is seeking a SAP Sales Manager to lead growth in Belgium. You'll develop new SAP clients and expand the existing portfolio, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and long-term follow-up.

You will identify business challenges and propose SAP solutions, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and coordinating internal teams. The role requires fluency in French and English with Dutch knowledge, plus solid experience in B2B sales within SAP

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with good Dutch skills.
• Proven B2B sales track record in SAP, IT solutions, or enterprise tech.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial and able to develop new business.

Our client, specialized in SAP solutions and services, is looking for a SAP Sales Manager to join its team in Belgium

You tasks:

• You develop new SAP clients while managing and growing your existing customer portfolio
• You manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and long-term client follow-up
• You identify your clients’ business challenges and propose the most appropriate SAP solutions and services
• You build strong relationships with both operational teams and senior decision-makers
• You coordinate internal experts and teams to develop solutions tailored to your clients’ needs
• You follow market and SAP technology developments to identify and position new business opportunities

Your profile:

• You are fluent in French and English, with a good knowledge of Dutch
• You have solid experience in B2B sales, ideally within SAP, IT solutions or enterprise technology
• You combine a strong commercial mindset with a good understanding of business challenges
• You are comfortable interacting with both senior decision-makers and operational or technical teams
• You are entrepreneurial, autonomous and eager to develop new business
