NTT DATA Belgium is seeking an experienced SAP Service Director to lead and grow our SAP ERP business across France and Benelux. This senior role combines commercial development, client relationship management, team growth, and delivery accountability.

The successful candidate will identify opportunities, expand key accounts, and ensure SAP transformation programs are delivered on time and to the agreed scope.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Director to lead and grow our SAP ERP business across France and Benelux.

This is a senior leadership role combining commercial development, client relationship management, team growth, and end-to-end delivery accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, strengthening the local team, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex SAP transformation programs.

The role requires a senior consulting professional with strong experience in process transformation based on SAP ecosystem, proven credibility with large international clients, and the ability to operate effectively across France, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, solid delivery discipline, and the leadership skills required to scale a consulting business in a competitive market.

Your role:

• Identify, qualify, and develop SAP ERP opportunities across France and Benelux.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level, transformation leaders, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
• Lead the sales process from early-stage qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Provide senior leadership for SAP ERP consulting activities across France and Benelux.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP-enabled transformation, ERP strategy, migration roadmaps, business case definition, implementation governance, and value realization.
• Lead, develop, and grow the existing SAP ERP team across France and Benelux.
• Identify capability gaps and define hiring priorities to support business growth and delivery needs.
• Attract, recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing SAP consulting talent.
• Take full accountability for the successful delivery of SAP ERP projects across France and Benelux.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, cost, quality standards, and client expectations.

Your profile:

• 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, technology consulting, systems integration, or business transformation.
• Strong experience in SAP ERP, including large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, rollout, migration, or modernization programs.
• Proven track record in developing commercial opportunities and growing client relationships with large international companies.
• Experience managing teams, developing consultants, and supporting business growth.
• Strong knowledge of the French and/or Benelux consulting markets, with the ability to operate across both geographies.
• Experience leading or contributing significantly to sales cycles for SAP or ERP consulting services.
• Fluently English and French speaking. Dutch is a plus.
