Job summary

MindWave is seeking an SAP Training Coordinator to support the shERPa program implementing SAP S/4HANA within NMBS. You will plan, coordinate, monitor and report training activities to ensure successful user adoption across the organization.

This is a hybrid role in Belgium, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. You will work with Change Management, IT Learning & Development, and SAP teams to develop materials, run Train-the-Trainer sessions, track progress in Jira, and ensure readiness for

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating training within SAP environments.
• Minimum 1 completed SAP S/4HANA training coordination assignment.
• Experience coordinating training for large user bases in ERP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate training strategy, needs analyses, and readiness indicators.
• Develop and govern training content and enablement assets with NMBS standards.
• Lead training planning, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and end-user training and assessments.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, virtual environments, and trainer availability.
• Support with SAP system validations, access rights, and technical configurations.
• Manage hypercare and knowledge transfer to SAP Competence Center, reporting progress to PMO.
