Job summary

Coltech is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Trainer to deliver high-quality training programmes for EU institutions. This remote-first, full-time role supports long-term delivery with occasional travel to Belgium for on-site sessions.

You will train end users on the complete P2P process, develop training materials, facilitate workshops, and provide post-training support in English. Prior EU/public sector training experience is highly valued.

SAP S/4HANA P2P Trainer (Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Trainer to support the delivery of training programmes for EU institutions. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for a training professional who combines strong SAP functional knowledge with proven experience designing and delivering engaging end-user training.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Belgium for on-site training delivery when required.

• Deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA training sessions in English.
• Train end users on the complete Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Develop, maintain and update training materials and user guides.
• Facilitate workshops, classroom training and virtual learning sessions.
• Ensure learners understand business processes and best practices within SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide post-training support and address user questions where necessary.

SAP S/4HANA P2P Trainer Required Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Proven track record of independently delivering SAP training to end users.
• Strong understanding of:
• Purchase Orders (POs)
• Goods Receipts and GRNs
• Invoice Processing and Verification
• Payments
• Complete Purchase-to-Pay lifecycle
• Experience creating and delivering structured training programmes and learning materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Previous experience delivering SAP training within EU institutions or public sector organisations.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programmes.

SAP S/4HANA P2P Trainer What's Important

We are specifically looking for a trainer, not a developer or consultant whose training exposure has been limited to occasional knowledge transfer activities. The successful candidate will have a genuine training background and be confident delivering engaging SAP learning programmes independently.
