Job summary

MindWave is recruiting an experienced SAP Training Coordinator in Belgium to drive the shERPa SAP S/4HANA adoption within NMBS. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor all training activities, ensuring readiness and end-user adoption across the organization.

Join a transparent, human-centric community with a hybrid setup (2-3 days in the office). You will collaborate with Business, IT, and Change Management, develop training materials, and report progress to the PMO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in training coordination within SAP environments.
• Minimum 1 completed SAP S/4HANA training coordination assignment.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating training activities for programs with 500+ end users.
• Proven experience with business, IT and Change Management stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in project/training roles. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with process owners, key users, and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report all SAP S/4HANA training activities.
• Develop training materials and ensure governance and Jira-tracked deliverables.
• Organize Train-the-Trainer and end-user sessions with attendance tracking and certifications.
• Manage training logistics, venues, virtual environments, and testing of access rights.
• Support hypercare and knowledge transfer to the SAP Competence Center.
