Job summary

Coltech is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Trainer to deliver high-quality training programmes for EU institutions. This remote-first, full-time role supports long-term delivery with occasional travel to Belgium for on-site sessions.

You will train end users on the complete P2P process, develop training materials, facilitate workshops, and provide post-training support in English. Prior EU/public sector training experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end P2P knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering SAP training to end users.
• Experience training EU institutions or public sector.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA P2P training sessions in English.
• Develop and update training materials and user guides.
• Facilitate workshops, classroom and virtual sessions.
• Provide post-training support.
• Travel to Belgium for on-site training when required.
• Ensure learners understand P2P processes.
