Expertum Group (Persolis) is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to strengthen delivery and presales on international projects. You will guide customers through HR transformations, demos, workshops, and implementations in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will build lasting client relationships, translate business needs into specifications, bridge between business and development teams, and customize SAP HCM/SuccessFactors while ensuring quality before go-live. Hybrid work from Erpe-Mere or Nivelles.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of SAP HCM experience.
• End-to-end implementation experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

• Build a lasting relationship with the client, identify their needs, and challenge them based on the possibilities and constraints of the tool.
• Drive workshops to develop specifications clearly and in a structured manner.
• Act as the bridge between the customer and the technical developer(s).

The job

As a SAP HCM Consultant, you’ll play a central role in both delivery and presales activities.

You will:

• Build a lasting relationship with the client, identify their needs, and challenge them based on the possibilities and constraints of the tool
• Driving workshop to develop specifications clearly and in a structured manner
• Act as the bridge between the customer and the technical developer(s)
• Customizing in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
• Ensure the proper functioning of developed/configured features before final delivery to the client

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP HCM, practical knowledge of Payroll & Time Management.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations: from initial blueprint design through implementation, customization, configuration, and post-go-live support.
• Willingness to keep up with technological and legal developments.
• Good listening skills, empathy, and a desire to contribute to a positive team atmosphere both with colleagues and client contacts
• Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating autonomy
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French
