Job summary

EngiFlex BV is seeking an experienced Migration and Data Quality Consultant or Developer to plan, execute and govern data migration activities while maintaining high data quality across SAP landscapes. You will define migration strategies, cleanse and validate legacy data, and establish data quality controls for SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and new SAP implementations.

You will develop ABAP programs, create transformation logic, and build robust data reconciliation and auditing processes,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data migration and data quality management.
• Solid knowledge of SAP master and transactional data objects.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP core insurance modules such as FS-PM or FS-CM.
• Experience with data reconciliation and audit support.
• Strong ABAP and ABAP OO development skills for data manipulation and mass processing.
• Experience with ETL and migration tools (LSMW, Data Services, msg.AIM).
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation logic and reconciliation reporting.
• Attention to data quality, accuracy and consistency checks.

Tasks and responsibilities

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Migration and Data Quality Consultant or Developer to plan, execute and govern data migration activities while maintaining high data quality across SAP landscapes. You will define migration strategies, cleanse and validate legacy data, and establish data quality controls for SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and new SAP implementations.

Data migration and quality

• Analyze legacy data and define the scope, data objects and transformation rules.
• Extract, cleanse, enrich and validate data in an SAP Insurance environment.
• Reconcile data between legacy and target SAP Insurance systems.
• Define and implement data quality rules, metrics and controls.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates and master data issues.
• Support data governance frameworks and master data ownership models.
• Work with business data owners to improve data standards and processes.
• Prepare and maintain data quality dashboards and reports.

Technical and development responsibilities

• Develop ABAP and ABAP OO programs for data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Create data transformation logic and mapping documents.
• Build error-handling and logging mechanisms for migration programs.

Your profile

Required qualifications and experience

• At least 3 years of experience in data migration and data quality management.
• Solid knowledge of SAP master and transactional data objects.
• At least 3 years of experience with an SAP core insurance module, such as SAP FS-PM or SAP FS-CM.
• Experience with data reconciliation and audit support.
• Strong ABAP and ABAP OO development skills for data manipulation, migration and mass processing.
• Experience with ETL and migration tools, such as msg.AIM, LSMW and Data Services, as well as high-volume data loading techniques.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation logic and reconciliation reporting.
• Meticulous attention to data quality, data accuracy and consistency checks.
• Experience working in large-scale or complex SAP landscapes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and cutover pressure.

Languages

• Good English.
• Dutch or French.
• French is a plus.
