Job summary

Everience is seeking an experienced PMO to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation in Belgium. You will coordinate data cleansing activities, monitor plans and work with Finance, Procurement, HR, Master Data, and Operations to ensure ready-for-migration data.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, 3–5 years of PMO experience, and the ability to drive progress in a complex IT/business transformation environment. Brussels-based with hybrid on-site presence.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation project in Belgium.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring data cleansing activities in preparation for the migration from legacy systems to a new SAP S/4HANA environment.

You will work closely with multiple business and IT stakeholders to ensure that data is properly cleansed, validated and ready for upcoming migration and testing cycles.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate data cleansing activities within the Belgian scope.
• Maintain and monitor the overall data cleansing plan, milestones and action plans.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Master Data, Operations and other business stakeholders.
• Organise regular follow-up meetings and monitor progress against agreed targets.
• Support business teams in understanding data cleansing rules, priorities and remediation actions.
• Consolidate KPIs, dashboards and status reports related to data quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies and risks that may impact project progress or data quality.
• Escalate delays, resource constraints and critical data quality issues when required.
• Ensure alignment between local data cleansing activities and data migration requirements.
• Work closely with data migration, master data and business process teams to ensure migration readiness.
• Coordinate readiness assessments for data loads and testing phases.
• Monitor corrective action plans following data quality reviews.Ensure that project documentation, procedures and supporting evidence are properly maintained.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination or project follow-up.
• Solid experience working with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, with an understanding of data cleansing and migration activities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Strong project follow-up and organisational skills.
• Ability to monitor deadlines rigorously and proactively follow up on actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to motivate and coordinate multiple stakeholders involved in a project.Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in an IT and business transformation environment.
