Cooder in Belgium seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise CRM implementations across Antwerp, Aalst, and Hasselt. You will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, drive workshops, and guide pre-sales efforts while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, hands-on experience with integrations and data migrations, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CRM experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Expert level understanding of Salesforce CORE clouds and AppExchange ecosystem.
• Experience in leading workshops.
• Proven ability to design and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Strong understanding of data management, data models, integrations, data migration, process automation and DevOps.
• Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing to guide stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and ability to develop processes and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with ability to rapidly learn new technologies and trends.
• Knowledge of software architecture concepts.
• Salesforce certification or ability to achieve certifications.
• Driven, motivated, passionate and committed.
• Fluent in English & Dutch.

• Assist pre-sales engagements, identify service offerings, explore opportunities in new industries.
• Develop strong client relationships and become a platform ambassador.
• Own architecture and design; implement secure, robust and scalable IT architectures.
• Act as a technical lead, validate solutions and guide your team.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and related industry drivers.
• Contribute and create technical and solution architecture.
• Proactively communicate for continuous improvement with our team and customers.
