Cooder in Belgium seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise CRM implementations across Antwerp, Aalst, and Hasselt. You will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, drive workshops, and guide pre-sales efforts while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, hands-on experience with integrations and data migrations, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CRM experience on the Salesforce platform.

• Knowledge of software architecture concepts.
• Salesforce certification or ability to achieve certifications.

Overview

Are you passionate about the full CRM implementation lifecycle? From understanding the business needs to delivering and deploying, do you want to lead our largest and strategic opportunities? This role is located in Antwerp, Aalst, Hasselt.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of successfully solutioning the enterprise application end‑to‑end, designing and building the solution, implementing integrated processes, serving as a technical expert, and working closely with our sales team to ensure customer success. Ideally, you have strong experience designing transformation solutions, have hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or similar platforms like MS Dynamics, SAP C4C, etc.), and edge technologies while working closely with our customers.

In this dynamic role you will lead functional and technical workshops, demonstrate leadership in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and partners, managing expectations and negotiating solutions to complex problems. You will also lead and enhance internal processes, drive pre‑sales opportunities, refine best practices, and foster knowledge sharing among colleagues.
