Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our implementation team in Ghent, Belgium. You’ll design secure, scalable enterprise architecture for Salesforce and connected systems, and still code hands-on at least 50% of your time while mentoring others.

You'll drive design standards, evaluate buy vs build, oversee deployments, and collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 5 years hands-on with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Track record of architecting complex, secure enterprise systems, translating business needs into scalable technical designs, and backing that up with solid documentation (HLDs, LLDs, cost and impact analysis).
• Deep knowledge of system integration patterns and API design, data modeling, migration planning, and data quality management.

Responsabilités

• Design secure, scalable enterprise architecture for Salesforce platform and connected systems.
• Hands-on development: design, build and maintain solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (at least 50% time).
• Define and maintain technical architecture standards for Salesforce and related systems, including data warehouse integration.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for Salesforce developers and oversee DevOps CI/CD processes.
