Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant to advance a growing Salesforce practice. You will guide design and implementation, lead workshops, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to pre-sales efforts.

You will collaborate with clients and teammates to shape scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. The role requires deep Salesforce knowledge, active certifications, and fluency in French or Dutch and English, with willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation.
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.

Your job

As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you bring deep functional and technical knowledge across one or more Salesforce clouds. You guide clients through design and implementation phases, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. You are the go-to person when the team needs expertise and judgment. You will:

• Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Architect end-to-end solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, test plans, training materials
• Mentor junior consultants and support their growth within the team
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and platform best practices
• Support internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and community of practice activities

Your background

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation
• Proven track record across multiple full‑lifecycle Salesforce implementations
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
