Medminds is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to bridge business needs and technical solutions in a life sciences context. You will analyze requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and oversee implementations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, stay updated on Life Sciences and Health Cloud trends, and contribute to a regulatory-compliant delivery. The role offers flexible hours and hybrid work in Kontich and nearby offices.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Business or IT, with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Salesforce exposure and/or certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in the life sciences domain and regulatory compliance is a plus.

You have completed a Business or IT related education and you have at least 5 years of experience in the field.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will analyze requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and oversee implementations.

With a proactive and analytical mindset, you understand both business processes and Salesforce’s technical capabilities. Experience in the life sciences industry and a strong grasp of regulatory compliance are a plus. Your expertise will help organizations maximize Salesforce’s potential to drive efficiency, compliance, and customer engagement.
