Yara International is seeking a Technical Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture, bridging business needs with technical reality. You will define roadmaps, lead complex integrations, manage data models, and govern development standards to support digital commercial goals.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with Salesforce, and experience in Agile/SAFe environments, with excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience, including 3 years as an IT Architect.
• Experience in Agile processes and SAFe.
• Salesforce experience and certifications are essential; experience with other digital commercial tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and training skills; CRM best practices.

• Design technical solutions: Create scalable, secure Salesforce architecture and integration blueprints.
• Align technical work with business goals and roadmaps.
• Lead development teams and perform code reviews; mentor consultants.
• Governance: define coding standards, CI/CD processes, and release management.
