Customer Link seeks a Salesforce Architect to own the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation within a global CRM ecosystem. You will shape the architectural foundation for customer service, data models, integrations, and governance across international teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect in an international/corporate setting.
• Certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, App Builder and/or Platform Developer.
• Experience with integration design, event-driven architecture, and secure data modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French/German a plus.
