Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to bridge business needs with technical execution. You will design secure, scalable enterprise architecture and lead custom development, while spending at least 50% of your time building and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Strong enterprise system architecture experience with secure, scalable designs.
• Hands-on development and coaching responsibilities are expected.

Responsabilités

• Own technical designs across the team before development starts and sign off.
• Define architecture standards and enforce them via code reviews for Salesforce components.
• Contribute hands-on by designing and building solutions using Apex and LWC (≥50% time).
• Mentor Salesforce developers and oversee release management and DevOps processes.
• Evaluate buy-vs-build decisions and ensure integration with data warehouse and other platforms.
