Customer Link in Belgium seeks a Salesforce Architect to steer CRM solutions on a global scale within an international, fast-evolving environment. You will own the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and align architectural foundations with the broader CRM ecosystem.

With 3+ years of Salesforce architecture experience in corporate settings and relevant certifications, you will design scalable data models, integration patterns, and governance standards while enabling strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Salesforce Architect in an international corporate environment.
• Salesforce Service Cloud certifications or equivalent.
• Experience with integration design and event-driven architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.

As a Salesforce Architect, you take technical ownership of the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation within the global CRM ecosystem:

• You establish the architectural framework for customer service and CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform
• You define scalable solution designs, data models, integration patterns and governance standards
• You ensure business capabilities are delivered consistently with maximum platform value, maintainability and user adoption
• You align with programme architects and other service architects, helping teams translate the architecture vision into concrete designs
• You promote best practices around security, integration, data modeling and compliance
• You contribute to the Architecture Community of Practice such as standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an Salesforce Architect in an international, corporate environment.
• You have a Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, App Builder and/or Platform Developer certifications.
• You have experience with integration design, event-driven architecture, and secure data modeling
• You have strong stakeholder management skills
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and actively seek out information in complex, fast-evolving environments
• You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
