Job summary

Haiu is helping organisations get real value from AI on Salesforce. We don't just implement CRM: we design and deliver AI-powered solutions, including Agentforce agents, that change how our clients sell, serve and engage with their customers.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work on projects where Salesforce and AI come together, running workshops and turning business needs into actionable Salesforce designs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of Salesforce experience in a functional and/or technical role on multiple projects.
• Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and core CRM processes.
• Strong interest in AI; hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Prompt Builder or Data Cloud is a plus.
• Translate business goals into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery is an advantage.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Run client workshops to understand business processes and identify AI value.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and Salesforce designs.
• Design and configure Agentforce agents: topics, actions, instructions and guardrails.
• Own a workstream across the full project lifecycle, from analysis to go-live.
• Work closely with developers, architects and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support testing, user acceptance and training, and help clients adopt what we build.
• Contribute to proposals, effort estimates and the growth of our AI offering.

Your role

As a Salesforce Consultant, you work on projects where Salesforce and AI come together. You will:

• Run client workshops to understand business processes and find where AI and automation add real value
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional Salesforce designs
• Design and configure Agentforce agents: topics, actions, instructions and guardrails
• Own a workstream across the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and go-live
• Work closely with developers, architects and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
• Support testing, user acceptance and training, and help clients adopt what we build
• Contribute to proposals, effort estimates and the growth of our AI offering

Your profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce in a functional and/or technical role, ideally across several implementation projects
• Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and core CRM processes
• A strong interest in AI, with hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Prompt Builder or Data Cloud as a plus (not a must)
• Able to translate business goals into clear requirements and practical solutions
• Experience with Agile delivery is an advantage
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist) are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
