Haiu is at the forefront of AI-powered Salesforce solutions, helping organisations leverage AI to transform selling, service and engagement. As a Salesforce Architect, you will design, configure and oversee AI-enabled Salesforce workstreams, working with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver value across projects.

You will bring 5+ years of Salesforce experience, strong CRM knowledge, and an interest in Agentforce/Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a functional and/or technical role.
• Thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform and core CRM processes.
• A strong interest in AI, with hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Prompt Builder or Data Cloud as a plus.
• Able to translate business goals into a validated architectural design.
• Salesforce certifications (System/ Application Architect) are a plus.

• Own one or several workstreams across the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and go-live.

• Contribute to proposals, effort estimates and the growth of our AI offering.

Your role

As a Salesforce Architect, you work on projects where Salesforce and AI come together. You will:

• Oversee client workshops to understand business processes and find where AI and automation add real value
• Design and configure Agentforce agents: topics, actions, instructions and guardrails
• Own one or several workstreams across the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and go-live
• Work closely with developers, consultants and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
• Contribute to proposals, effort estimates and the growth of our AI offering

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a functional and/or technical role, ideally across several implementation projects
• Thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform and core CRM processes
• A strong interest in AI, with hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Prompt Builder or Data Cloud as a plus
• Able to translate business goals into a validated architectural design
• Salesforce certifications (System/ Application Architect) are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
