POLITICO in Brussels is seeking a Salesforce Administration Associate for a temporary six-month assignment. You will provide day-to-day administrative support in Salesforce, manage customer accounts and user access, and help ensure accurate data and smooth account setup.

You will work with Account Management and Operations to process requests, maintain records, and escalate issues when needed. English fluency is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and cleansing.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Fluent written and spoken English; European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain customer accounts and user records in Salesforce.
• Process provisioning, licences and entitlements.
• Activate trials and support new account setup.
• Input and update data; identify duplicates and clean them.
• Escalate complex issues and assist with data quality.
