POLITICO Europe is seeking a CRM Engineer to join our Technology team to build and enhance the global Salesforce ecosystem. The role welcomes seasoned Salesforce experts or strong Software Engineers pivoting into CRM, with insights across Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

You’ll translate complex requirements into designs, optimize system usability and performance, and integrate Salesforce with external apps while following governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in Apex or an equivalent OO language like Java or JavaScript.
• Experience Path options: Specialist (5+ years on Salesforce) or Pivoter (strong software engineering background).
• Solid understanding of Git-based version control, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD practices and version control systems.
• Excellent debugging skills and ability to parse complex logic.
• Fluency in English and ability to thrive in an international team.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs that follow platform best practices.
