Lightspeed Commerce is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Ghent. This role involves reviewing and approving new sales opportunities, processing returns, and assisting customers.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English. You can expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative function is essential.
• Familiarity with SaaS and/or technology-related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English are necessary.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to Sales teams for opportunity processing.
• Review, reconcile orders, contracts, and payments.
• Process hardware shipments and assist with customer billing inquiries.
• Monitor reports for team efficiency.
