Lightspeed Commerce is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Ghent. This role involves reviewing and approving new sales opportunities, processing returns, and assisting customers.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English. You can expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and a competitive salary.

• Provide support to Sales teams for opportunity processing.

• Process hardware shipments and assist with customer billing inquiries.

Lightspeed is growing fast and as a result we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Ghent. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, helping customers with payment applications, processing sales adjustments, all while supporting the local sales teams in Ghent with administrative tasks post sales. You'll need to thrive on complex problems, be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.
• Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
• Process hardware shipments.
• Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
• Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.

• Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.
• Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.
• Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

What You Need To Bring

• Experience in an administrative function
• Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field
• Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite. Salesforce would be an added bonus.
• Remarkable communication skills
• Perfect written and spoken English
• Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals
