David Lloyd Clubs in Brussels is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness team. The role combines phone-based prospecting with on-site club tours, driving membership sales and onboarding new members to ensure a premium after-care service.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, and aims to deliver a high-quality sales experience within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Target driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who delivers a quality sales experience.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Cold-calling and engaging prospective members by phone.
• Showcase our clubs and onboard new members to ensure premium service.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets, while maintaining DL values.
• Please note this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
