David Lloyd Clubs in Belgium is seeking a passionate Membership Services Consultant to join our fast-paced outbound calling team. You will reach out to members who are leaving or behind on payments to reduce attrition and help grow club revenue.

This role offers commission opportunities, family club membership, discounts on food, swimming, tennis and personal training, plus opportunities for career development and access to our Benefits Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience of outbound calling - high volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload.
• Customer service experience.
• Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grown count and revenue.
• Involvement in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry.

Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company

You’ll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members
