Job summary

Brusselshotelsassociation is seeking a dynamic Sales team member to inspire and guide prospective members into our Clubs, showcasing facilities that support living well, training, rest, work and social connection within our convivial spaces.

You will help prospects understand how a membership enhances wellbeing and health, and you will engage in consultative conversations to close memberships. A weekend component may be required as part of a flexible, customer‑facing role.

As a member of our Sales team, you will inspire and guide our potential members into our Clubs and make them discover the various facilities we have to offer. A space where they can live well, train, rest, work and connect in our convivial club areas and world class facilities. You will help them to understand the benefits that a membership can have on their wellbeing and their health.

• You take a genuine interest in people and take pleasure in consulting prospect members and inspire them to live healthier.
• You are a self‑starter with excellent organizational skills and can work to a deadline.
• You are hungry for success and a natural closer.
• You are an adaptable team player and willing to embrace change.
• You have great verbal and written communication skills, and have a pleasant personal phone manner.
• You have ideally at least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• You are fluent in French and English; any other language spoken is an asset.
• You will need to be flexible and occasionally work during the weekends.
