David Lloyd Clubs Belgium is seeking a passionate Membership Services Consultant to join our outbound team in a fast-paced environment. You will mainly call members who are leaving or who have missed payments to help reduce attrition and retain revenue.

This role rewards initiative and customer service excellence, with a base salary of €29,000 plus commission and benefits including free club membership for you and your family, discounts, and access to Wagestream.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound calling in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and use initiative.

Responsabilités

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members leaving or with missed payments to reduce attrition.
• Proactively engage members to retain revenue and improve membership retention.

Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company

You'\'ll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members

About you:

• Experience of outbound calling - high volume Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload

• Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grown count and revenue
• Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry
