Job summary

3E in Brussels is seeking a SaaS Engineer Trainee to support client use of the SynaptiQ platform and assist with onboarding and feature development. The role combines first-level support with platform development, testing, and process improvements.

You will work under Senior SaaS Engineers, gain hands-on training, and have opportunities to transition to a permanent role after the traineeship.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing or hold an Engineering degree and can work in English.
• You possess strong analytical and communication skills and a customer focus.
• You are curious and keen to improve processes and tooling.
• You are interested in SaaS products and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level client support and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Assist with deployment and onboarding on the SynaptiQ platform.
• Develop and maintain platform features under guidance of senior engineers.
• Test new features, report bugs, and help resolve issues.
• Propose improvements to internal tools and processes.
