Qualifications

• Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 in Bio Engineering, Chemical or Pharmaceutical fields.
• Master in Management is a plus to develop business acumen.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to step out of comfort zone and take ownership.
• Analytical skills to understand complex issues and business needs.
• Decisive with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organization.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotational program across Beerse, Geel, or Ghent.
• Exposure to all aspects of Johnson & Johnson’s Supply Chain.
• Be available for the September 2027 intake and Assessment Centre on 11 December 2026.
