Johnson & Johnson is launching a three-year Young Graduate Development Program in Beerse, Belgium, designed to immerse recent graduates in the full Supply Chain. The intake is September 2027, with a structured rotation through Beerse, Geel or Ghent and a dedicated Development Manager guiding your progress.

Preferred candidates hold a Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 and may have an extra Master in Management, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• You will obtain a Scientific Master’s degree in 2027 and have a strong interest in Supply Chain.
• An additional Master in Management is considered a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
• You have the brainpower and innate drive to make the difference and achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Rotations span Deliver Belgium in Beerse, Geel and Ghent to expose you to Operations, Clinical and Distribution.
• Assignments and projects are guided by an Assignment Manager with a Development Manager overseeing your growth.
• The three-year program aims to prepare you for a final placement within Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain.
