Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, offers the Supply Chain Young Graduate Development Program, a three-year rotational track across Beerse, Geel, and Ghent designed to expose you to Production & Supply Chain.

You will rotate through diverse business units, work with internal and external partners, and receive coaching from an Assignment Manager and a dedicated Development Manager to shape a personalized growth plan.

• Able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year rotational program across Beerse, Geel and Ghent.
• Engage with multiple business units and partners to support supply chain objectives.
• Develop a broad understanding of E&PS contributions to the organization.
