Tectum Group is a leading roofing and facades specialist with a focus on sustainability, long-term thinking, and lifelong learning. As a people manager, you’ll coach and lead a team of project managers, an administrative staff, about fifty roofers, and several subcontractors in a dynamic, family-owned environment.

You will oversee the branch’s portfolio, ensuring smooth preparation, organization, and execution of projects while driving revenue and margin targets and monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• College degree in economics or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role in the construction industry.
• Technical knowledge of roofs and facades is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of project managers, administrative staff, and a large workforce of roofers and subcontractors.
• Oversee the branch's project portfolio and ensure preparation, organization and execution of projects.
• Ensure revenue and margin targets are met and monitor KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client and resolve issues with win-win outcomes.
