Tectum Dekkers is Belgium’s leading expert in flat roofs, delivering comprehensive, long-term roofing solutions from Ho. Hoboken to landmark projects.

We are seeking a project manager to organize sites end-to-end, manage budgets and deadlines, and lead both in-house and subcontractor teams with a strong safety mindset. You will be the main client contact and drive project success within a dynamic, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or equivalent with several years of relevant experience.
• Passion for structural engineering and flat roofs.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Clear, persuasive communication and strong customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Organize and coordinate sites from A to Z with focus on quality, safety and profitability.
• Monitor project progress and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead in-house and subcontractor teams, coordinating shifts.
• Promote safety awareness across all teams and subcontractors.
• Control budgets and perform post-calculation analysis for projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on site.
• Coordinate site meetings with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers and customers.
