Tectum Constructors Roeselare is seeking a Technical Commercial Officer to sustain growth in the renovation market. Based in Roeselare, you will maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and expand our client portfolio.

With a strong technical background, you will explain complex solutions to public institutions and building owners, collaborate with the Business Unit Manager and project teams, and pursue margins and sales targets with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management experience in B2B or public procurement markets.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear client solutions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and expand the client portfolio.
• Analyze client needs and offer customized, value-based solutions.
• Advise clients on company services in collaboration with the Business Unit Manager and project leaders.
• Close deals while adhering to pre-set margins and sales targets and ensure proper handover to the project team.
