Exosens seeks a senior ROIC Design Lead in Belgium to own the Read-Out IC architecture and verification. You will translate sensor targets into high-performance ROIC designs and guide top-level verification, while mentoring the ROIC team and coordinating cross-functional discussions.

You will supervise layout, ensure tape-out readiness, and drive milestones with a hands-on circuit background. Strong collaboration with engineering partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior ROIC/circuit design leadership.
• Strong background in circuit design and top-level verification.
• Ability to translate sensor targets into architectures.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the principal Design Owner for the Read-Out IC (ROIC).
• Lead technical discussions and perform circuit and layout reviews.
• Monitor design tasks and progress within ROIC teams.
• Supervise the complete chip layout and tape-out sign-off.
• Decompose design tasks into milestones and manage risks.
• Act as technical authority in project meetings and report status.
• Interview and mentor ROIC design engineers.
