Sony Depthsensing Solutions seeks an IC Design Digital Team Manager in Brussels to lead the IC digital design team and drive the architecture and implementation of image sensors.

The role sits within an advanced technology group, focusing on high-quality first silicon success and end-to-end IC project delivery. Extensive leadership experience and a track record in sensor design are essential.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Micro-Electronic Engineering, Physics.
• PhD in relevant domain, or equivalent by experience, is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage the IC digital design team, ensuring quality and timely deliverables across the IC project lifecycle.
• Define, execute and track the roadmap and developments for the team.
• Manage risk through monitoring, assessment and mitigation phases.
• Foster innovation and drive process improvements within the team.
• Collaborate with other SDS teams in Europe and Japan, including travel.
• Budget tracking for the team and project initiatives.
