Tsmg seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, and ensure adherence to procedures while working with engineering and depot teams.

Comprehensive training is provided, and prior AV experience is not required. Successful operators will handle pre/post inspections, report observations, and contribute to safe, scalable autonomous transportation projects across

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self‑driving system while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete assigned routes adhering to local traffic regulations and company procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe vehicle operation.
