TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and support electric and autonomous fleets across Europe. You will diagnose, repair, and validate vehicle systems, including high‑voltage safety and autonomous driving hardware, while coordinating with operations and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands‑on repair, software updates, and ensuring fleet readiness for daily deployment in robotaxi services.

Qualifications

5+ years in hands‑on automotive or EV technician roles.
Strong automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair experience.
Solid knowledge of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
Experience with diagnostic tools, service software and repair documentation.
Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Capable of working independently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
English at upper‑intermediate level.
Experience with EV platforms, ADAS or autonomous systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleets.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software‑related issues.
Support high‑voltage safety and EV system readiness for daily operations.
Assist with hardware installation, inspection, and sensor calibration for autonomous driving.
Perform vehicle software updates and validation checks per procedures.
Document diagnostic findings and repair actions clearly.
Lead shifts as technical lead when required and mentor junior technicians.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and depot teams to minimize downtime.
