TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi services across Europe. You will monitor, intervene, and ensure safe operation of self-driving fleets while collaborating with engineering and depot teams.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on systems, procedures and safety protocols. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge AV tech and international deployments.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license required.
• Minimum 5 years driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Must pass background verification (BGV).
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban/highway environments.
• Must follow detailed procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with full traffic awareness.
• Take manual control as required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete routes while complying with traffic laws and company procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing by ensuring safe operations.
