Tsmg is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe, including Belgium. You will monitor vehicle behavior, ensure compliance with procedures, and intervene when required during testing and operation.

No prior AV experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on autonomous driving systems, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Valid European driver's license.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations.
Continuously supervise the self-driving system while aware of traffic conditions.
Take manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
Complete assigned routes in compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
Record disengagements and report operational events for engineering review.
Maintain documentation and reporting of operations and safety metrics.
