TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across Europe, ensuring readiness for testing, deployment, and new city launches.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to maintain fleet availability, hit KPIs, and support scaling of autonomous mobility services while fostering safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, or mobility services.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams, including shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across depots.
• Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and technicians to ensure readiness.
• Monitor fleet utilization, uptime, charging, and dispatch efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for AV operations.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Scale depot operations for new city launches and fleet expansion.
