Tsmg is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee AV and robotaxi fleet operations across depots in Europe.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to maintain safety, uptime, and deployment readiness while driving KPIs and new city launches.

This role requires 5+ years in fleet/automotive operations, strong leadership, and fluent English, with opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet or automotive operations or logistics.
• Experience leading 24/7 or shift-based operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across depots.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment and ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, availability, charging and readiness.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and returns to maximise efficiency.
• Oversee depot operations including safety, cleanliness, inspections, maintenance.
• Recruit, onboard and supervise staff; create 24/7 shift schedules.
• Provide operational reports, KPI dashboards and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident investigations.
