Tsmg is seeking a Depot Specialist to support European autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets from a dedicated depot. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready, coordinating daily depot operations and supporting fleet readiness across cities.

The role requires hands-on work, strong organization, and flexibility to cover shifts including evenings and weekends. Training will be provided for autonomous vehicle procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations, ensuring cleaning, charging and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging and staging within the depot.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report issues to technicians or specialists.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, charging accessories and PPE; report replenishment needs.
• Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports; document vehicle status and observations.
