Tsmg is seeking Depot Specialists to support daily operations of autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment from a dedicated depot, supporting vehicle preparation and fleet readiness across multiple European cities.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Training will be provided; no prior robotaxi experience is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure each vehicle is cleaned, inspected, charged, and deployment-ready before the start of each shift.
• Verify cameras, LiDAR, radar, mirrors, sensors, windows, and interiors for optimal AV performance.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-shift inspections per procedures.
• Monitor battery levels and charging schedules for EVs.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes.
• Organize parking areas to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate vehicle availability with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads.
• Perform basic vehicle functionality checks before deployment.
• Identify cosmetic or operational issues requiring inspection.
• Escalate maintenance concerns to Senior Technicians or SDS Specialists.
• Support vehicle recovery and transportation as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, charging accessories, PPE, and equipment.
• Track inventory usage and report replenishment needs.
• Receive deliveries and organize depot storage areas.
• Assist with logistics supporting fleet expansion and new depot launches.
• Complete digital inspection checklists and fleet readiness reports.
• Record vehicle status, charging information, and operational observations.
• Follow depot safety procedures and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase fleet availability and reduce downtime.
